Everything’s coming up Roses
Lovell loves living up to its nickname of “The Rose City of Wyoming.” Every summer there are roses growing in planters that line Main Street.
Nearby are lots of natural wonders, such as the famous Medicine Wheel that sits atop Medicine Mountain at an elevation of 10,000 feet. A mysterious place with roots in ancient culture, it is constructed of stones placed in a circle with spokes leading to a central cairn. The 70-foot-diameter circle has no documented history but is believed to be of Indian origin and today is considered a sacred site by American Indians… @
